They also have a variety of additional skills and interests to suit your family’s needs.

All of our Live-In Caregivers/Nannies have:

  • Verified qualifications through education, and training programs
  • Bonded, police and medical clearances;
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Secured professional references
  • All governmental documents in place and verified

What we provide?

We provide live-in Nanny care for children. Our Nannies provide loving and nurturing assistance to children at all ages and stages. Our Live-In Nannies can assist in the mornings with breakfast and getting children off to school, assist with housekeeping duties, plan creative activities during the day or help with homework and prepare or assist with the evening meal for the family. Our Nannies are contracted on a yearly basis that is renewable.

Live-In Caregivers

Our Caregivers have health care education and experience that enables them to provide highly effective care to manage the healthcare needs of our clients. Our Caregiver assistance includes personal care assistance, mobility assistance, medication assistance, and any other care provision based on the initial RN assessment. We also offer help with shopping, nutritious meal planning and preparation; laundry and cleaning.

  • Joanne is a compassionate, knowledgeable professional who, through her company Gold Cross, has assisted my family in providing Personal Support Workers of the top order. From companionship and personal assistance to pre demise compassion her PSWs are the best. We will continue to use Joanne's services as long as my mother is still alive. Thank you Joanne.

  • Without that wonderful woman, I don't know if I could have gone through this. You too Joanne, always there when I needed you. Dad's smiles when Cathy says it all. The little treats, going over and above for dad, calming and reassuring me as his caretaker. You guys are the best!

  • I have had GOLD CROSS services for my Mother for two years. Their staff were very friendly and professional. My Mother is 91 years old and they supplied medication and laundry services. We were very happy with the company.

  • Every effort was made by Joanne to try and have the same people come in each day so that my friend could feel more comfortable considering the sudden change from having his wife doing everything. I am confident that if you need care at home or at the Retirement Home you can be sure that your needs will be met in an efficient and compassionate manner.
